The Rising Sun Collective
The Rising Sun Collective was founded in my penultimate year of university, along with 12 schoolmates looking for a place to stay. What began as a house in a South East London heritage pub grew to a full-fleged music studio, event venue, gallery and collective space that still runs today.
Known as an alternative venue in promoter circles, The Rising Sun has played host to renowned promoters such as Boiler Room, Camden Assembly, Childsplay, Even The Strong, HMT, Night Slugs, Radar Radio and World Unknown.
We have been featured in eminent UK publications such as the Evening Standard, Loud & Quiet and VICE.
