Guinness’ The Great Grill Out 2019
Client: Guinness, Asia Pacific BreweriesAppealing to Singaporeans’ diverse tastes, we created the ultimate outdoor barbecue experience where families and friends can enjoy each other’s company over a Guinness, tender glazed meats and good music.
Top grillers in town brought their best Guinness-infused creations, and limited edition beers such as Milk Stout, Golden Ale and IPA from Guinness’ Open Gate Brewery were flown in from Dublin. Defending champions returned for the Spicy Sausage challenge, while foodie aficionados joined Guinness sommelier Ian Colgan for a meat and beer pairing session at the Pop-Up Restaurant. To showcase the versatility of a Guinness pairing, we also introduced options like grilled Japanese unagi dishes and wholesome healthy veggies.
Local musicians and DJs brought the festive spirit to the crowd as the event saw 5,200 attendees over two days and 4,850 pints of Guinness enjoyed.
