Guinness Time 2019 

Client: Guinness, Asia Pacific Breweries 

Guinness wanted to recreate the St. Patrick’s Day experience on a smaller scale at their partner outlets. The activation goal is to create an engaging experience that drives sales which can easily be executed at various locations over an extended period of time.

We challenged attendees to pour the perfect pint at the “Pour Your Own Pint” booth. A brand ambassador from Guinness was always on hand to give tips and demonstrate how to get the right amount of froth for that thick creamy head associated with a pint of Guinness.

Amplifying the personalization aspect, we brought Stoutie machines that tapped into the trend of printing selfies into the foam of a freshly poured pint in an Instagrammable moment. The brand ambassador also hosted a pub quiz, with regular performances from a local live band to keep attendees busy.

As a brand activation took place in three bars, we enhanced brand visibility by including Guinness branded elements like black and white buntings, lighted balloons, and flags. Tying in with their current advertising campaign, we also set up the Guinness “Made For More” photobooth.
